An Expert Tip From Cisco Septic! ;-)

The answer is yes, and here is why...

Buying a home can be both exciting and nerve wrecking especially if you have never had a septic system before.

For residential properties there are two main types of septic systems. One is an Aerobic system also known as an On Site Sewage Facility (OSSF). The Second is a traditional type or Conventional system.

           Sound great right!

Aerobic systems have some moving parts that need to be inspected to see if they are still working properly such as pumps or aerators and filters.

When Cisco Septic performs Real Estate Septic Inspections, we check these parts as well as all the chambers for high sludge levels, tank integrity, the spray field, or drip irrigation and make sure all is operating as it should.

Conventional septic systems also know as the traditional style septic’s, do not have any mechanical parts. When Cisco Septic conducts Real Estate Septic Inspection for this tank, we uncover all septic access lids, test the drain field, and check the integrity of the tank from root intrusion and cracks.

A septic inspection could save you $5,000 or more in repairs. We are here to help you check before you buy. A septic inspection is like test driving a car before you buy it.

When it comes to your septic needs, think Cisco Septic! You make it and we take it!

You poop, wee poop, everyone poops!

Welcome to our blog where you can find out all things septic and poop related.

We will be writing maintenance tips and tricks and so much more.

I mean who does't like to talk about poop! It has now become an accessory that kids wear from backpacks, clothing and headwear. Just last

Christmas we found a poop shaped beanie that had a Santa hat on top of it. So guess what we bought, of course the poop shaped beanie.

You can even hear poop related conversations at the dinner table now and days. It has been a very common topic at our table for years.

The poop emoji on cell phones has added to the fun and love of poop. That is our 8 year old's favorite emoji to send no matter the conversation.

When you think of poop, think of Cisco Septic, no matter the time or day, if you make it we will take it!
